Tunas Mekar presents traditional and new music and dance pieces of Bali, performed using the Gamelan Angklung.

We are excited to premiere a new piece composed by one of our members, Kendall Burks, titled Kayon Sakti. Also on the program are Capung Gantung, the dance pieces Panyembrama, Merak Angelo and Baris, plus Pak Made’s composition Singga Natha (“Royal Throne”).Featuring dancers Ni Ketut Marni, Indira Sandika, and Aaron Burris-Deboskey.
